Who Are You, and What Do You Do?

My name is Damien Reed (DAMI3N). I'm looking for a mixing engineer for a long-term project called Wild Nerves. Before we talk pricing, I want to know if you connect with the vision. This project tells the story of faith, recovery, depression, anxiety, fatherhood, rebuilding life, and learning to trust God through real struggles and real healing. I'm not looking for someone to just mix vocals. I'm looking for someone who understands the heart behind the music and wants to help bring it to life. I'm working full-time, building a construction company, raising a family, and rebuilding after rehab, so my budget isn't huge. I'm not asking for a handout.
