What You'll Do

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.).
• Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant.
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards.
• Support plant operations and assist team members when needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) is required
• A valid REAL ID in the state of residence is required
• You must be at least 18 years of age for operations in South Carolina and 21 years of age for operations in Georgia
• You must have a minimum of one (1) year of CDL driving experience
• You must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must not contain any DUI/DWI violations within the past five (5) years or more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years
• You must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Benefits

• From $24.00 per hour to $31.50 per hour
