About the role

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed and outgoing Mixer/Oven Operator to produce high-quality bakery products for customers. The position is full-time, with a competitive hourly wage of $24.00–$27.00. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the role requires availability Tuesday–Saturday from 12:00 am to 8:00 am, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Responsibilities

• Operating mixers, ovens, and fryers to produce cakes, donuts, muffins, cookies, and other bakery products
• Ensuring productive workflow
• Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
