Mixer Oven Operator
About the role
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed and outgoing Mixer/Oven Operator to produce high-quality products for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $24.00-$27.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. We are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 1:00pm - 9:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Operating mixers, ovens, and fryers to produce cakes, donuts, muffins, cookies, and other bakery products
- Ensuring productive workflow
- Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements

Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
