Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL)
• Safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems
• Cook up with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing
• Absorb general plant or yard duties as needed

Qualifications

SRM Concrete is looking for Mixer Operators who are committed to delivering quality concrete and representing the company's values. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in construction delivery is preferred but not required.
