About the Role

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join their growing team. The role involves operating a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites, while also delivering excellent customer service and performing routine maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Cookordination with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

SRM Concrete is looking for individuals who are committed to safety, service, and hard work. They require a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a valid CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
