Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service‑first attitude.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Requirements

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre‑employment screenings.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!

Pay

Competitive pay: hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.

Schedule

Consistent local routes & no Sunday work: Mixer Operators are home after every shift, and the company is closed every Sunday.
