About the role

The Mixer role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

• Performing various functions including, but not limited to:
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Fulfilling work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Requirements

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 3PM to 11PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Pay

Earn $22.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

Schedule
