About the role

Mitsubishi Sinker EDM Field Service Technologists are responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for Mitsubishi Sinker EDM machines in various industrial settings. This position requires a strong background in electrical machining and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues related to Mitsubishi Sinker EDM machines
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Train customers on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures
• Travel to client sites as needed to provide support and perform repairs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical machining and repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
• Experience with Mitsubishi Sinker EDM machines
