With locations throughout New England, Upstate New York, the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mitsubishi Product Specialist to join our Mitsubishi Product Division in Wilmington, MA.

About the role

This salaried position supports our Wilmington, MA branch and reports directly to the Business Development Manager. You will manage projects, drive sales growth, and oversee business development within assigned geographical markets. The annual salary range for this role is $120,000–$140,000. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Mitsubishi business for the VRF Commercial product line and ductless M&P (residential & light commercial) in your market(s).
• Travel within your geographical market and occasionally outside the territory for meetings, events, or training.
• Serve as the Mitsubishi expert by supporting sales growth through visits and consultations with mechanical contractors, as well as marketing, specifying, and selecting Mitsubishi product lines.
• Provide quotes, project design, and application support using the Mitsubishi Design System Builder program, efficiency comparisons via the Energy Estimator tool, website navigation, and other sales/marketing resources.
• Cultivate new customers and business opportunities, including mechanical contractors, residential contractors, builders, engineers, and owner-direct accounts.
• Lead, train, and support the Homans Associates outside sales team and branch personnel by providing application support on all Mitsubishi products and services, assisting with product knowledge development, understanding marketing and sales programs, and ensuring proper system selection for quotes.
• Work with Mitsubishi customers to maximize marketing programs and resources.
• Act as a liaison between vendor partner personnel, Homans Associates management, and your customer base.
• Collaborate with the Homans technical department, marketing department, and management team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to strategize, plan, and manage APD growth and sales in a collaborative effort.
• Provide market feedback to management to foster sales growth, meet fiscal sales goals, and increase market share.
