Mitsubishi Fiber Laser Field Support Technician

About the role

Mitsubishi Fiber Laser Field Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for Mitsubishi Fiber Laser systems in the field. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of laser technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex laser system issues on-site
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of laser systems
• Document and report on system performance and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system failures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in laser technology or related field
• Experience with Mitsubishi Fiber Laser systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Skills

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Hourly rate: 24.73 - 30.22 USD
