Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in restoring properties by performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and other mitigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform water extraction and structural drying using specialized equipment. - Conduct mold remediation following industry standards. - Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup as needed. - Perform demolition work and debris removal. - Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos and notes. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred (WRT) required. - Experience in water, fire, and mold restoration preferred. - Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
