Key Responsibilities
- Perform mitigation services following IICRC standards
- Complete assigned tasks, document jobsite activities with notes and photos
- Communicate effectively with customers during stressful situations
- Maintain equipment and vehicles, troubleshoot onsite issues
- Execute scope of work and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Protect customer possessions and ensure environmental controls are maintained
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration
- Professionalism, promptness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in water-damaged, mold, or fire-affected environments
- Willingness to work after hours, weekends, or on-call shifts
Additional Duties
- Maintain tools, materials, PPE, and jobsite safety
- Ensure cleanliness and protect customer possessions
