Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Dewald Academy of Drying Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of the mitigation process and equipment functionality
- Ability to stand, sit, and work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in non-air-conditioned conditions and confined spaces
- Ability to work in or around sewage and microbial growth
- Able to climb a ladder and lift up to 35 pounds regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications (beyond basic training)
- Construction or trade experience
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, HVAC, or general contracting
- Leadership experience
- OSHA 10 or 30-Hour certification
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of building codes and local regulations
- Bilingual capabilities- Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the area
- Emergency response experience- previous work in 24/7 emergency services (fire/water/mold), with on-call responsibilities
