Required Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and managing multiple projects simultaneously
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Restoration or mitigation project management experience
- IICRC certifications
- Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, or DocuSketch
- Experience with TPAs and commercial insurance claims
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65K–$85K
- Total compensation potential: $150K+
