Responsibilities
- Core Values – Embody and uphold the company’s five core values in all work.
- Leadership & Team Management – Lead, manage, and retain a high-performing team to meet project and departmental goals. Oversee field operations, ensure timely project execution, and foster a growth-oriented culture.
- Project Management & Scheduling – Estimate projects promptly, manage timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure efficient execution of scopes of work. Approve billing and enter projected revenue for reporting.
- Compliance & Process Execution – Follow and lead established processes for damage evaluation, meet operational goals, and uphold company standards.
- Documentation & Reporting – Complete all paperwork accurately and on time. Send daily project updates, maintain expense records, and report issues promptly to leadership.
- Customer Experience – Champion professionalism and accountability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Additional Responsibilities – Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Must pass a background check (Required).
- IICRC Certifications (Preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of Xactimate and/or Time & Materials Estimating experience (Preferred).
- Must support occasional weekend and on-call schedules (Required).
- OSHA Certification (Preferred).
