About the role

As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently achieving a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction. You will become the primary point of contact for customers at the appropriate point in the job lifecycle, explain the reconstruction process, set expectations for workflow and timelines, and prepare and submit budgets for each project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve high profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the job lifecycle.
• Explain the reconstruction process to customers and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines.
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project.
• Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Provide detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to the Project Coordinator.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license (driving for business required up to 20%+ of the time).
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug-free.
