The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available and offer restoration services 24/7. We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it most.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
- Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
- Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
- Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
- Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
- Provide detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
Requirements
- Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
- Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
- Strong desire to learn and excel
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
- Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
