Mitigation Project Manager

About the role

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction. Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle. Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines. Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project. Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope. Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator.

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Very strong organizational and time management skills
• Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
