Mitigation Project Manager

About the role

A&J Property Restoration, a Madison area restoration contractor, is seeking a full-time Mitigation Project Manager. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Estimating professional with a natural sales personality, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate should thrive in a team environment and be eager to create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Inspect prospective projects, scope the work, and generate estimates using platforms such as X1 (Xactimate), Symbility, or T&M Pro
• Budget and manage residential and commercial mitigation projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion
• Manage and maintain insurance program performance metrics

Requirements

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the Restoration Industry
• IICRC Certifications
• Insurance mitigation experience
• Xactimate estimating software experience
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Operations Manager experience is a plus

Pay

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus commission

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Some travel required. Work location: in person.
