We are seeking a Restoration Foreman to join our growing team! As a Lead Restoration Foreman, you will be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. In this role, you will work closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You will also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things. To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast- paced, ever-changing environments. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions to ensure that projects are completed. Responsibilities Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sitesExtract standing water if neededMove, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vansClean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debrisMaintaining job site safetyExecute job action plan for restoration productionContents manipulationWorking in confined spaces including heightsUtilization of power toolsAssist with warehouse dutiesUtilize truck mounted Extractor efficientlyIdentify and place drying equipmentAble to communicate workflow and scope of work with Supervisors Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation is preferred.Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.IICRC certifications including but not limited to WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT is preferred.Experience in working with Xactimate is a plus.Must have Valid Drivers' LicenseMust pass background checkMust have reliable transportation to Main officeMust me able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in a team environmentWorking in tight or confined spacesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing restoration tasks.A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on job sites.
