Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

About the role

As a member of the internal sales team, you will be in direct contact with our national and international customers and take on consulting, calculation, proposal preparation, and order processing. You will also support our subsidiaries and distributors and act as an interface to the internal specialist departments. You will reliably accompany your proposals and orders through all phases – from the initial inquiry to final implementation (A–Z). In addition, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and for structured administrative processing in our ERP system. You will work in our headquarters in Umkirch.

Requirements

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Accustomed to working independently and already have experience in wholesale or a manufacturing industrial company in sales
• Good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Standard proficiency with common Office programs and familiarity with ERP systems
• Technical knowledge and interest is an advantage
• Experience in the fields of theater, trade, media, or events is useful but not a requirement
