Responsibilities

• Advise customers on-site
• Process service orders
• Handle warranty and guarantee claims
• Manage cash register operations
• Perform administrative and office tasks
• Provide telephone support to customers

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (vocational school, HAK, HBLA) or equivalent
• Reliability, trustworthiness and strong numerical aptitude
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and service orientation
• Team-oriented and independent work style
• Experience with insurance processing is advantageous
• Commitment and team spirit
• Initial professional experience
• Good MS Office skills

Pay

Salary based on market rates, qualifications and experience, starting above the collective agreement minimum of €2,728 gross per month.
