About the role

Frazier Farms Market is launching a dynamic new leadership development program to build the next generation of Store Leaders. The Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program offers immersive, hands-on experience rotating through all 11 departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training rotations across all 11 departments, including Front End, Produce, Grocery, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Vitamins, Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, and Receiving.
• Learn all operational functions within each department, including ordering, merchandising, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance.
• Shadow and assist Department Managers and Store Leaders in daily operations and team supervision.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to learning and leadership development.
• Provide outstanding customer service and model Frazier Farms' values and culture.
• Complete assigned projects, training checklists, and performance evaluations throughout the program.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, grocery, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to train in multiple store locations if required.
