Missions Advocate – Church

About the role

Become a Missions Advocate for World Team, a Christian mission organization dedicated to sharing the gospel and supporting local churches around the world. You will be part of a team that mobilizes believers to serve in various capacities, including but not limited to, church planting, discipleship, and community development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local churches and communities to understand their needs and how World Team can best support them.
• Develop and implement strategies to mobilize believers to serve in mission fields.
• Collaborate with other missionaries and staff to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
• Represent World Team at events and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships with potential partners.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to Christ and the Great Commission.
• Experience working with local churches and communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in missiology, theology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in missions or ministry.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in a second language preferred.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
