About the role

Key responsibilities include spiritual development, leadership training, resource development, direct ministry, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development: Prayer, spiritual disciplines, fellowship, growth and health, and church relationships.
• Leadership Development: Recruiting, training, supervising, and vision casting for volunteer leaders.
• Resource Development: Event planning, donor care, public relations, and fundraising.
• Direct Ministry: Contact work, club, Campaigners, and camp ministry.
• Ministry Support: Accounting, administration, communication, data management, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
