About the Role
Join the Mission Readiness Department supporting Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support daily fleet operations and vehicle readiness across multiple test locations.
- Perform vehicle cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and mission preparation procedures.
- Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.
- Execute documentation and readiness checks to ensure vehicles meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional work experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on a team.
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
