Responsibilities

• Perform initial and final reviews for all Fractional & Managed trips. Trip reviews include the following:
  • Weather
  • TFR's/NOTAM's
  • AC performance including review of the fuel-stop inspection report, high altitude report, etc.
  • Minimum Zero Fuel Weight
  • Fuel data is entered and accurate
• Communicate any pertinent trip impacting information to the Owner Services and Flight Control teams
• Completed trip review noted in FMS for Owner Services and Flight Control to review
• Review Airport information for accuracy and current events
• Coordinate and manage all international trip demand for Airshare. International trips coordination/management includes the following:
  • File eAPIS, generate General Declarations, submit Private Letters, coordinate Landing, and over-fly permits
  • Set up ground handling for flights at non-US airports and coordinate with local FBOs and service providers for fuel, catering, ground needs, etc.
  • Coordinate with US Customs and CBP for all international trip needs
  • Maintain relationships with third-party international handlers as needed for supplemental international trip support
• Perform other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of flight planning experience with an emphasis in private aviation
• Excellent writing and oral communication
• Salesforce/operations experience
• Strong technical skills
• Dispatch License a strong plus

This position will require you to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
