About the College
Thomas Carr College is a Catholic Co-educational College located in Tarneit, West of Melbourne. It serves 1,300 students and is committed to educating students with an appreciation of the spiritual, intellectual, and physical aspects of their lives. The College works closely with parents to foster young people of faith and character. It is a leader in providing VCE offshore delivery and offers opportunities for international travel as part of a mentoring role.
The Role
The Mission Leader assists the Deputy Principal: Faith and Mission in leading the College in faith, mission, ministry, and social justice. They champion the College's virtues and provide opportunities for staff, students, and the broader community to live out Gospel values and build relationships with Christ.
Salary
In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 - $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary. Positions of Leadership receive an additional POL allowance as scheduled in the CEMEA.
