Mission Integration Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Mission Integration Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will oversee mission-critical program integration efforts supporting complex IT and remediation activities in a highly coordinated defense environment. You will lead cross-functional planning, staffing, and access management efforts across multiple sites, ensuring schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations remain aligned. The position requires strong executive communication and the ability to resolve operational conflicts quickly while supporting high-visibility government work. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,300 – $237,350 annually Responsibilities Lead recruiting efforts focused on vulnerability management activities Develop and track staffing metrics for the program Coordinate human logistics for IT remediation projects Maintain relationships with government access leads and mission stakeholders Manage site access and deployment schedules Advise on access go/no-go status for deployments Resolve access and resource conflicts across multiple sites Qualifications BA/BS degree in a related field plus 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs Active DOD Secret Security Clearance required Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams Strong programmatic management skills across cost, schedule, and performance Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives Experience managing relationships with DoD and government customers Ability to travel for in-person engagements Benefits Dynamic and mission-focused work environment Opportunity to support critical defense missions Chance to lead a significant IT services program Collaborative team culture emphasizing leadership values Potential for career advancement within a leading defense contractor Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
