Mission Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support naval capability integration
• Analyze and decompose military task lists into mission threads and kill chains
• Develop operational concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Define technical baselines
• Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
• Facilitate technical meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Military warfare TTPs training
• 8+ years of experience in military mission analysis and kill chain assessment
• Active Top Secret clearance, with ability to obtain SCI

Preferred Skills

• Experience in operational training
• Joint or naval operations experience
• Proficiency with digital engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw)
• Knowledge of DoD lifecycle processes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
• Effective communication within an office environment
