Mission Integration Engineer

About the Role

This position bridges operational warfighting concepts with technical system requirements, focusing on mission integration for naval and joint operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose naval and joint task lists into mission threads, kill chains, and technical baselines
• Support integration teams in developing naval concepts and assessments
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to align operational and technical objectives
• Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools for mission analysis and integration
• Facilitate technical meetings and working groups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Military warfare TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) training
• 8+ years of experience in military mission analysis and kill chains
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI

Preferred Skills

• Operational experience in joint, naval, or military domains
• Familiarity with digital engineering tools
• Knowledge of DoD lifecycle processes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time
• Effective communication in an office environment
