Mission Control Shift Supervisor
What's the Job?
Supervise and support a team of Mission Controllers to achieve daily operational and long-term performance goals. Lead day-to-day fleet operations while promoting a safety-first, inclusive, and collaborative culture. Coordinate team schedules, complete administrative tasks, and validate staffing needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on Mission Control software and support remote operations activities. Coach team members and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.
What's Needed?
- 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator and/or remote operations experience
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and operational problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful approach with a focus on improving operational efficiency
- Experience leading teams in a cross-functional operations environment (preferred: instructor, lead, or supervisory experience)
