About the Role
Mission Control I team members transport patients, deliver and retrieve equipment, supplies, and mail throughout the hospital, and serve as the central dispatcher for various hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hospital systems (RTLS, security cameras, fire panel, etc.)
- Secure equipment maintenance
- Assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety policies
- Support patient dressing and concierge services
- Accept additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6 months of related and customer service experience (preferred)
- BCLS certification (required)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of Windows/PC helpful
