Mission and Operational Effectiveness Associate Director

About the role

This leadership role within Guidehouse’s Defense & Security Segment is responsible for overseeing client delivery, expanding client relationships, and driving business development efforts across the Department of the Army.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client delivery and expand client relationships
• Drive business development efforts across the Department of the Army
• Work closely with Guidehouse leaders across the Defense & Security Sector and with technology-enabled practitioners
• Identify and pursue new opportunities
• Ensure high-quality delivery
• Support the development and mentorship of practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor degree
• EIGHT (8)+ years' of experience in a leadership capacity supporting DoD or Intelligence Community federal customers
• Well-rounded leadership skills to provide strategic, analytical, and operational direction to teams
• Strong communication and program management skills, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments
