We are pleased to announce the opening of a Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Test & Evaluation Subject Matter Expert (SME), who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control market spaces.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the independent operational assessment organization for the Missile Defense System, partnering closely with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the warfighter community throughout the test, assessment, and analysis lifecycle.
• Supports operational missile defense testing from initial concept development and requirements definition through test planning, execution, analysis, and operational assessment reporting.
• Supports test execution and observation to ensure operational objectives are achieved, documents test activities and results, and ensures the successful integration of operational requirements throughout the testing process.
• Develops and maintains critical operational test documentation, such as Operational Test Plans, Operational Test Readiness Reviews, Test Concept Briefings, and Initial Observation Reports.
• Performs preliminary analysis of test data to evaluate the operational effectiveness and suitability of the Missile Defense System, prepares technical reports and executive-level briefings that communicate observations, findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to government and military leadership.

Requirements

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree. Graduate degree preferred.
• You will need 10 years of full-time professional experience. Prefer (15) years of experience in (Missile Defense System Operations and Testing).
• You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.
• You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.
