The role of the Miscellaneous Metals Welding Foreman involves overseeing welding operations in a manufacturing environment. This includes managing a team of welders, ensuring quality standards are met, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise welding operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in welding or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of welding experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in various welding techniques and materials.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with welding inspection and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
