About the Role

This role involves providing janitorial and construction cleaning services across office, residential, and commercial environments, as well as supporting staffing services for janitorial personnel on temporary, long-term, and short-term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in office, residential, and commercial settings according to established standards
• Execute construction cleaning tasks, including post-construction dusting, debris removal, and surface polishing
• Support staffing operations by assisting with placement of janitorial personnel for various assignment durations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, equipment, and supplies
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or construction cleaning preferred
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating cleaning equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Flexibility to work temporary, long-term, or short-term assignments as needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staffing coordination
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check if required

Skills

• Proficiency with floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers
• Knowledge of proper chemical dilution and surface-specific cleaning methods
