Miracle Ranch - Camp Intern

Description

The year-round Intern program is designed for people who are deeply committed to Jesus Christ and desire to intern at camps to help create and provide an environment where staff, volunteers, and guests of Miracle Ranch can experience Christ. We believe this will be a life-changing experience where each intern will grow spiritually, personally, relationally, and professionally and will come away more energized and prepared for a lifetime of service.

Essential Qualifications

• Christ-Centered: Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
• A committed Christian who is dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development as evidenced through a growing personal walk with God (e.g. daily spiritual rhythms of prayer, fellowship, Bible study, etc.).
• Prayfully seeks God's will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA.
• Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.
• Affirms, aligns with and supports CRISTA's Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Statement (CCC).
• Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.

Education

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

Other Considerations

• Excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate clearly to others.
• Able to work collaboratively with all Camps staff and customers.
• Experience: Previous experiences coordinating events by phone and multi-tasking.
