Minor Operator- 3rd Shift

About the Role

Follow scheduled recipes and supply ingredients for each recipe to the Mixer Operator. The Minors Operator must weigh all chemicals accurately and consistently.

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality control by monitoring production output
• Identify any issues with the product or process
• Correctly identify the batch being milled
• Ensure belts, pans, and knives are cleaned between compounds
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, assisting in modifying and updating procedures
• Operate a forklift for various functions

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Willing to work overtime including weekends
• Close visual work required
• Knowledge of general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.

Schedule

3rd shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday
