Minnehaha Senior Living - Maintenance Director

Description

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Director of Maintenance to join their growing team. Located at 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street in Minneapolis, MN, they offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday
• Occasional MOD weekend rotation

Wage

$27-$31 per hour

Duties

• Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
• Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
• Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer relations.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Experience in health care is preferred.
