About the role

We're looking for engaging Emcee/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end from setup to facilitation to wrap-up.

Responsibilities

• Handle setup and logistics: materials check, volunteer instructions, and contingency planning
• Host and facilitate the full event flow: introductions, check-in, icebreakers, agenda, impact moments, and closing
• Keep energy high and instructions crystal clear throughout
• Make volunteers feel welcome, included, and confident in what they're doing
• Capture impact: photos/videos, quotes, attendance notes, and recap highlights
• Troubleshoot in real time and keep the group calm when plans shift

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 2–4 hours
• Reliable transportation to venues within your city
• Fully fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
