About the role

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to extending life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students through various services like airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips.

Responsibilities

• Foster church relations and coordinate volunteers
• Organize cultural activities
• Lead Bible discussion groups
• Mentor students
• Establish church partnerships
• Manage volunteer recruitment and activities

Qualifications

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
• Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students
• Discipling believers to do the same
• Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications

Schedule

Full- or part-time, flexible schedule; occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific ministry needs; annual conferences such as the IFI Staff Retreat.

Pay

Pay range is typically between $27,274 and $84,872 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors.
