Minibar Attendant - On-Call

Position Overview The Minibar Attendant performs all duties associated with minibar including restocking, cleaning, and servicing of all minibar refrigerators and pantry items. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Conducts inventory and product distribution in guest room refreshment pantries to determine consumption by guestPrepare refreshment pantry charge ticket and forwards to appropriate cashier for billing to guest accountReplenish refreshment pantry items consumedInspect refreshment pantry contents and maintains freshness of productClean and maintain refreshment pantry appearance to established standardsRemove consumed amenity items and/or room service trays from guest roomsComplete DND/No Service, inventory and in-house guest list paperworkCommunicate discrepancies regarding refreshment pantry usage to managementRestock and rotate refreshment pantry attendant cart suppliesTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
