Essential Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Handle admissions rentals and cash register transactions
- Explain course rules and provide basic instruction as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the course and surrounding area
- Monitor course activity to ensure safety and flow of play
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns
- Restock supplies and report maintenance needs
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous experience in recreation, hospitality or customer service
- A positive attitude and teamplayer mindset
