As a Mineral Processing Leader

You’ll provide technical leadership and strategic direction for metallurgical and process design activities across all project phases. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, support project execution and ensure that processing solutions are optimized for performance, operability and cost efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growth in the U.S. market, particularly in projects involving mineral processing, heap leach and hydrometallurgical processes. You’ll also occasionally visit client sites, support business development efforts and mentor junior engineers to support team growth.

• Lead process engineering activities for projects, from studies through to detailed engineering and commissioning
• Lead or contribute to projects as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Drive process optimization by improving recovery, throughput and operational reliability

• Support business development by contributing to proposals and strengthening client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers to enhance team capabilities

Certifications and Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, chemical or process engineering
• From 12 to over 20 years of experience in mineral processing or extractive metallurgy within mining or EPCM environments
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Experience supporting feasibility studies, due diligence work, large-scale EPCM or capital projects
• Strong background in process modelling and simulation tools (e.g. JKSimMet, Molycop, LIMN, Bruno, Metsim etc.)
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona, Nevada and eligible states
• Available for occasional to frequent travel (site visits, commissioning)
• Asset: strong experience in heap leach systems (gold, copper or similar)
• Asset: Bilingual (Spanish or French)
