Millwright/ Welder- Growth Opportunities+ Per Diem*

About the role

JENNMAR Services, a well-respected industrial construction/maintenance company, is seeking Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators. The company emphasizes quality, service, and strong client relationships. These are full‑time positions that require weekly travel to various locations, with per diem provided for travel.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Perform various physical duties assigned
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Clean/prepare job site
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing
• MSHA Surface, SAFELAND PEC, and OSHA certifications are a plus (training will be provided to qualified candidates who are selected)
