Responsibilities

• Oversee millwright operations on industrial projects
• Ensure projects are completed right the first time with a focus on safety and quality
• Supervise field employees and coordinate project activities
• Maintain effective, accurate, and timely communication with team members, customers, and business partners

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright Superintendent or similar leadership role in industrial contracting
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to manage projects ranging from $20,000 to $50 million
