Responsibilities
- Layout of equipment
- Read prints
- Light rigging of equipment
- Operate a fork truck and scissor lift
- Connect and bolt-up of structural steel
- Use optical alignment equipment (not required, but a plus)
- Understand and follow all safety rules and regulations associated with the industrial steel industry
- Use required tools to perform daily tasks as needed
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined (a plus)
- OSHA 10 Certified (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have transportation and good communication skills
- Willing to work within a 50-mile radius (ability to travel is a plus)
- Able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
