About the role
A skilled Journey-Level Millwright is needed to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery at a lumber mill.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- Fabricate and modify equipment
- Repair chains, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Perform welding and cutting tasks safely
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding, fabrication, and machine assembly
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proactive and safety-conscious
- Able to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in varied environments
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred)
